地产公司招聘 - 内部会计,物业管理

职位:会计,物业管理
语言要求:英语(必须),国语或粤语
Accounting Duties
Maintaining books and accounts, daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation
Payroll
Year-end audit preparation
Prepare data for Year-end property owners’ tax slips
Perform other related duties as required

Property Management Duties
Data entry for property management A/R and A/P
Monthly agent expenses posting and charging related to property management
Collect rent and pay rent on a monthly term
Pay bills to vendors
Collect and pay withholding tax and prepare NR4
Support Realtor PM inquiries as needed
Prepare Landlord monthly and annul statements
Pre-screening all the property management files.
Maintain and organizing property management files
Maintain and order office supplies
Providing assistance to Conveyancing Department as needed
Perform other related duties as required


Skills and Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration
Past work experience related to bookkeeping or office administration or similar role
Excel,intermediate level
Attention to details, accuracy is the key
Good English writing and communication skill
Experience with software like Lone Wolf or Buildium is a huge plus
Mandarine/Cantonese is an important asset
