Salary $23-$30/hr + bonus pay
Job type Full-time Permanent Monday to Friday
Responsibilities: Conduct mobile repair services at customers’ doorstep in professional workmanship. Answer customers’ technical inquires by phone or email and address their concerns if any. Maintain and make sure company’s service van and its affiliated equipment stay in working condition with good and professional maintenance routine. Prepare and provide service reports to customer once repair work is completed. Maintain and keep track of service records and provide after-repair inquires when needed.
Qualifications: Post-Secondary study of Automotive Service Technician or equivalents Fluent in English Flexible Language Requirement: Mandarin & Cantonese Valid class 5 Driver's License Properly licensed and have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimum service is preferred
