工作內容:
1. 協助處理客戶軟件授權相關議題,從初次拜訪方案提案合同簽立授權提供客戶使用採購跟進,涵蓋客戶使用基礎教程與上線啟用環節。
2. 執行銷售專案並且掌握進度排程。
3. 陌生開發客戶與聯繫安排拜訪。
4. 協助整合銷售方案進行提案撰寫。
5. 協助客戶說明使用程序與排除錯誤情況。

協力處理以下兩部分客戶的跟進與業績推動:
- 中小直線客戶(連鎖品牌商戶)
- 渠道合作夥伴(經銷合作夥伴)

短期目標
焦點在於跟進現有客戶開拓新客戶,完成銷售目標。

中長期目標
完成區域目標,協力達成營運業績目標。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in handling customer software licensing issues, including initial visits, proposal development, contract signing, licensing provision, procurement follow-up, covering customer usage tutorials, and online activation processes.
2. Execute sales projects and maintain progress scheduling.
3. Develop new customers by prospecting and arranging visits.
4. Assist in integrating sales solutions and writing proposals.
5. Assist customers in explaining usage procedures and troubleshooting.

Collaborate in following up with and driving performance for the following customer segments:
- Small and medium-sized direct customers (chain brand merchants)
- Channel partners (distribution partners)

Short-term Goals:
Focus on following up with existing customers and acquiring new customers to achieve sales targets.
Medium to Long-term Goals:
Achieve regional objectives and collaborate to achieve operational performance goals.
